Exspectations Of Christmas

The eyes of the children begin to glow
As all around it starts to snow
Reindeer of the world gather in groups
Hoping to be selected to haul his slay
They all have expectations for Christmas day
A small boy to his mother does say
“I hope he comes our way”
With a smile on her face she looks at dad
Of course he will my son
For Christmas is so much fun
Now go to sleep
And promise not to peep
Tomorrow is full of magic and good cheer
All the family is together again this time of year
There’s even holly on our door
So who could ask for more?
